As my mom's caregiver for Alzheimer's, I am sharing a free downloadable printable pdf of memory cards you can hand out to people in tricky situations. This is a discreet way of letting someone know your loved one/friend/companion may need additional help.

There are a few different versions that you can pick from, but all are included in the pdf.

I'm also including an emergency card you can print out to keep in your wallet and in your loved ones as well.
