What is your shipping turn-around time?

I have a 2-week turnaround to deliver orders! I usually ship Saturdays

Can you lower your shipping cost?

No, sorry! My flat rate covers everything from shipping, materials, packaging, time & care. This goes for international orders as well

 

Do you do commissions/custom art?

Sorry, no! Not at this time

 

Can you draw me a doodle with my order?

Sorry, also no! You receive a thank you note from me, but please do not ask for free art

 

Will you restock more of a certain item i'm looking for?

I saw your art at a gallery! How can I order it in your shop?

Art sold at galleries have exclusivity and cannot be sold in my shop unless otherwise noted. Please contact the gallery directly for orders

 

Oh no! My jewelry broke! Can you fix it?

No returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase of jewelry. I am not liable to fix anything beyond that! Please know that jewelry is delicate and need care. Know that I sell out and won't have a replacement for you!
