SHIPPING POLICY


Shipping

I ship all packages via standard USPS shipping, and will include tracking numbers with all domestic orders

Local pick-up/meet-up is not available

Please note shipping prices are NOT flexible as my shipping covers handling, packaging materials, time that goes into shipping, and care. This goes for international shipping as well

Shipping is one flat rate, meaning no matter how many items you buy, it will be same price! I recommend you bundle to save on shipping!

Please combine ALL items in ONE transaction when shipping to SAME address. Otherwise, you will pay for shipping twice.

If your order says DELIVERED and you have not received your items, please advice it is out of my control for me to know if it was or was not. Please contact your local post office with your tracking to locate your package. Sometimes USPS scans before delivering it, so please check all areas before reporting it lost, or messaging me about it. 

 

International Shipping

For international shipping, please allow 70 days before reporting it lost. Some countries take a bit longer to deliver. Some countries it arrives at destination, but returns back to US, but it goes back to its destination

Orders outside the USA are responsible for any additional fees/customs charges.

Shipping Turnaround Time

I have a 2-week turnaround, but I tend to ship on Saturdays as this is not my full-time job. So please be aware of this! 

Make sure the address you have on your information is your correct shipping address! If it is not I am not held responsible for your package getting to it's destination.

If you need something by a certain date, please purchase it AT LEAST 1 week in advance for domestic orders, 2 weeks for international.

Holiday Shipping

For busy postal times such as Christmas and other holidays, please purchase items AT LEAST 3 weeks before the date needed for international orders, 1 1/2 weeks for domestic.

REFUND POLICY



Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to the nature of my small shop. Unless there is a very serious problem with your order, please contact me at hello@gabbyzapata.com 

After you have received your order, I will not be liable for fixing items that have been with you past 30 days.
